By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the 7kbd platform located at https://7kbd.vip (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "7kbd", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Continued use of 7kbd following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those revised terms. We recommend that all users review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered through 7kbd, including but not limited to the sports betting sportsbook, live casino tables, slot games, crash games, the cashier and payment services, promotional and bonus programs, and customer support interactions. All services are provided in English and are intended for adult users located in Bangladesh.

Access to and use of 7kbd is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

7kbd uses identity verification technology and manual review processes to detect and prevent underage access. We cooperate fully with parental control software providers and encourage parents and guardians to make use of available tools to restrict minors from accessing online gambling content.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of services on 7kbd, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on 7kbd at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or through the use of shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. 7kbd reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts identified through our detection systems, and to void any bets or transactions associated with such accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 7kbd will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify 7kbd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 7kbd cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the user has failed to protect their login credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

7kbd requires all users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, along with proof of address. 7kbd may request updated documentation at any time as part of ongoing account maintenance or security reviews.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7kbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All account transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 7kbd does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount on 7kbd is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. 4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 7kbd account balance immediately upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 7kbd payments team and processed as promptly as possible. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to our standard security review procedures.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. Where a deposit was made via bKash or Nagad, the corresponding withdrawal will be returned to the same bKash or Nagad number used for the deposit, where technically feasible. Withdrawals will not be processed where the account has not completed KYC verification, where there is an active investigation into the account, or where any bonus wagering requirements have not yet been satisfied.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

7kbd offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, BPL and IPL season specials, Eid promotional offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet sizes during bonus play, and expiry dates.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the full bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before any resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal. Bets placed using bonus funds that exceed the maximum permitted stake during bonus play will be voided.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

7kbd actively monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting mathematical advantages, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, using bonuses across duplicate accounts, or systematically betting on outcomes with low variance to meet wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, 7kbd reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.4 Promotion Availability

Promotions are available to eligible registered members only. 7kbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to promotion terms that materially affect your ability to meet wagering requirements on an already-claimed bonus will be handled equitably. 7kbd is not obligated to run any specific promotion for any minimum duration.

6.1 Sportsbook Betting

All sports bets placed on 7kbd are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market type, sport, and event in question. These rules are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform and govern matters including settlement procedures, void conditions, postponement and abandonment policies, and the handling of incomplete events. The 7kbd trading team reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict markets, or decline bets at its sole discretion.

6.2 Cricket Markets

Cricket betting on 7kbd covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, Test matches, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals. Cricket bet settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, or declared a no-result, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in the sportsbook cricket rules section. In-play markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time during live play.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

Casino games on 7kbd — including live dealer tables, slot games, and crash games — are governed by the rules of the individual game as supplied by the respective game provider. 7kbd is not responsible for errors in game rules presentation by third-party providers. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game, the affected round or bet will be declared void and the staked amount returned to the player's account balance.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, game, and product type. Current stake limits are displayed within each betting market and game interface. 7kbd reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts or market types at any time, particularly in response to irregular betting activity or for risk management purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7kbd and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing 7kbd on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party without the express written consent of 7kbd.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other technological means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform software for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other parties to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet is placed.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the use of 7kbd services.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any 7kbd employee, support agent, or other user.
• Sharing login credentials with, or accepting login credentials from, any third party.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder.

All content on the 7kbd Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, icons, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 7kbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 7kbd.

The names of third-party game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance on 7kbd does not imply any affiliation beyond the standard commercial licensing arrangements under which their games are made available on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7kbd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

7kbd does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and resolve technical issues promptly, temporary unavailability of the Platform — including during BPL or IPL live events — does not give rise to any claim for compensation.

Gambling involves risk. By using 7kbd, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager. 7kbd cannot be held responsible for gambling losses sustained during your use of the Platform, provided that the Platform has operated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You are solely responsible for your betting and gaming decisions.

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your 7kbd account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 7kbd will process any pending withdrawal of your available balance to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days.

10.2 Involuntary Suspension or Closure

7kbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions; the account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age; the account has been inactive for an extended period; or the account holder has requested self-exclusion. In cases of involuntary closure due to breach, 7kbd reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve months. 7kbd will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, if applicable, will be disclosed in the relevant section of the Platform. Users are encouraged to remain in contact with 7kbd support if they intend to take an extended break from the Platform.

7kbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7kbd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via on-site notification or email to the registered account email address. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 7kbd Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.1 above.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which 7kbd operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant governing authority.

7kbd is committed to resolving all member complaints and disputes promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your 7kbd experience — including account management, payment processing, game settlement, or bonus terms — please contact our support team in the first instance. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within five business days.
